Super Beau

Meet the beautiful Beau.  I have had the pleasure of getting to know Beau and her mum Jenny personally as they attended the same physio sessions at Lanterns Children's Centre in Winchester as my son.

Beautiful Beau was born with Down Syndrome and been diagnosed with Graves Disease.  Graves Disease is an immune system disorder that results in the overproduction of thyroid hormones (hyperthyroidism).  Because thyroid hormones affect a number of different body systems, signs and symptoms associated with Graves' disease can be wide ranging and significantly influence your overall well-being.

Beau is such a fighter and is definitely deserves her cape, what a little hero!
